Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1. Defective or Damaged Items:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unboxed while recording a clear and uninterrupted video showing the defect or damage.
2. Custom Orders:
As a custom clothing company, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing if the size provided by the client is incorrect. Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements during the ordering process.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If your item meets the eligibility criteria:
Email us at orders@teejax.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
Order number
Description of the issue
The unboxing video clearly showing the defect or damage.
Our team will review your submission and respond within 2-3 business days.
Upon approval, you will receive further instructions for returning the item.
Important Notes
Returns or exchanges without a valid unboxing video showing the defect or damage will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
Shipping costs for returns will be covered by Teejax only for approved cases of defects or damage.
Non-Refundable Items
Items with incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Custom orders not related to defects or damage.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify the issue.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
